Here is a game-world I spent many hours in with my partner. Plus, ever since I loved the first film, the movies keep going as well – our latest watch being The Mandalorian. On the other hand, exploring the literature and folklore behind this game proved interesting – and unexpected.
I will be posting about other creative Origins of various On-line Games that were relevant in 2018 and still are meaningful.

Not everyone’s ‘escape’ or pastime, EC. I suck at patience, although I used to play a solo card game called ‘racing demons’ – and Solitaire.

P.S. Racing Demons is actually for multiple players – so, perhaps it was a version of patience.

Whew! I can assume that you are extra busy like everyone else in the world, Roland! Including me. And I am hoping that everything is hunky-dory with you! I am not a gamer, although decades ago I played Dungeons and Dragons with a group of friends, dice, and hand drawn maps. We took turns being Dragon Masters. My brother and several nephews on both sides of my family are ardent gamers. I’ve avoided getting pulled into games, because I struggle with time management as it is. I know I’m missing out on worlds of fun. My brother loves Skyrim. I do play Words with Friends ~ LOL! Take care, my friend!

Trying to stay busy and positive, Louise. Gaming has been an escapism for me for about two decades or longer. I played D&D a little bit with dice but was more a Scrabble addict. IWSG is keeping me off the streets – in a way. LOL.
